Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, impersonation, misleading audience or inventory claims, fake reviews, or manipulated campaign records.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, discrimination, or unlawful content.
- Spam, unauthorized scraping, credential attacks, malware, service disruption, or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Infringing intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- Using the service for illegal goods, deceptive advertising, bribery, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Submitting full bank-account, routing, card, password, or other unnecessary sensitive information into profile fields or messages.
Campaign standards
Campaigns must clearly describe the business, requested work, compensation, timing, disclosures, and usage expectations. Users must follow platform rules and applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and endorsement laws.
Enforcement and reporting
Konekte may investigate, limit distribution, remove content, hide reviews, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary. Suspected violations may be reported through the support channel available in the service.
