Terms of Service
The rules that govern access to Konekte and participation in its campaign marketplace.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to Konekte's websites, marketplace, campaign tools, AI-assisted features, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter contracts where you live. If you use Konekte for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate account and profile information, protect your credentials, and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. Konekte supports business, individual-creator, media-platform, and administrative roles.
Creator and media information—including audience, reach, rates, inventory, and payment preferences—is supplied by users unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Marketplace relationship
Konekte provides software for discovery, campaign requests, briefs, negotiation, activity records, deliverables, settlement status, and reviews. Konekte is not a party to the campaign agreement between a business and a creator or media platform.
Users are responsible for evaluating counterparties, agreeing to scope and usage rights, complying with advertising and other applicable laws, and resolving performance or payment disputes.
4. Subscriptions and campaign payments
Business subscriptions may be billed through Stripe. Subscription fees pay for platform access and applicable usage allowances; they do not include campaign compensation.
Campaign payments occur directly between users. Konekte is not an escrow provider, money transmitter, bank, or marketplace payment processor and does not receive, route, or hold campaign funds. See the Payment Terms.
5. AI-assisted features
Konekte may use automated systems to suggest matches, organize information, or draft campaign material. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Users must review outputs before relying on or sending them.
You remain responsible for your prompts, final briefs, claims, instructions, decisions, and legal compliance.
6. Content, deliverables, and rights
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Konekte a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Campaign-specific ownership, licensing, approvals, disclosures, and usage periods must be agreed by the participating users. Do not submit content you lack permission to use.
7. Reviews and marketplace information
Reviews must reflect genuine completed interactions and may be moderated or hidden for policy violations. Reach is currently self-reported. We don't verify it yet. Konekte does not guarantee the identity, audience, performance, availability, earnings, or results of any user.
8. Acceptable use and enforcement
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Konekte may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Konekte does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, campaign outcomes, counterparties, AI outputs, or direct payments.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konekte is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, campaign disputes, or user conduct. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions or legal notices may be submitted through the support or contact channel published in the service. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and disputes must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted process.
