Cancellation & Refund Policy

Paid Konekte subscriptions are billed through Stripe according to the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled.

A business may request cancellation through the account billing controls or support channel made available by Konekte. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not cancel campaign agreements or direct payment obligations between users.

Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. Konekte does not refund or reverse campaign payments because it never receives or holds those funds. Campaign-payment disputes must be handled between participants and the external payment provider.

Plan features, allowances, and prices may change prospectively with reasonable notice. If Konekte terminates a paid subscription without cause, any legally required remedy will be provided. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or policy violations.
